The pandemic that flooded the planet last year has suddenly and dramatically shaken all business ecosystems. APEM has not escaped it. In just a few weeks, our daily lives and our ways of working have been turned upside down.
Very quickly, we had to make up for physical encounters that were no longer taking place. Our teams then embarked on a race, that of interaction. Continuing to interact with our partners and customers was an essential need. We redoubled our efforts to make digital communication tools available to them, such as instant chat with an advisor on our website, continuing appointments, but by videoconference... Of course, when necessary, we have continued to receive our customers, with all the health precautions required.
Facilitating interactions between employees, even at a distance, was also a major axis of transformation. Many departments have adapted their working methods to this new normality. In France, human resources have digitized their management tools, which has smoothed the flow and feedback of information. Data-sharing solutions have also been developed to simplify everyone's work.
In short, 2020 was a year of change for us, as for many of you. But this period has also taught us that we are capable of adapting, quickly and efficiently. We would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts our employees, who have remained united and who have carried out these major projects, as well as all our partners and customers who have placed their trust in us.
