Ultramec 产品组

A rectangular cap with soft edges.
1X cap series is mounted on Multimec™ 3F or Illumec™ 4F series.
A rectangular rocker-action cap that can be combined into a custom keyboard with 1A/1H/1M.
1ZA cap series is mounted on Multimec™ 5G series.
A round cap with a convex top. The cap is available in three legend types: pad print, reverse print and hard paint laser etched.
1ZC cap series is mounted on Multimec™ 3F series.
A round cap with a convex top. The cap is available in three legend types: pad print, reverse print and hard paint laser etched.
1ZCS cap series is mounted on Multimec™ 5G series.
illumec™ 4F series is an illuminated switch with the same slide-on cap retention system as Multimec™ 3F series. The illumination is created with one or two integrated chip-LEDs.
Caps that can be mounted on illumec™ 4F: 1D, 1E, 1F, 1GA, 1GC, 1K, 1KB, 1KC, 1N, 1Q, 1R, 1S, 1T, 1U, 1V, 1WA, 1WD, 1X and 1ZC.
Multimec™ 5E switch has a small diameter snap-on cap retention system and an actuator extended out of the switch body. 5E is only available in high temperature material in order to stand today´s advanced soldering processes.
Caps available for 5E are: 1SS, 1PS, 1YS/1YAS and Rockermec™ solution.
Multimec™ 5G switch has a large diameter snap-on cap retention system and an actuator levelled with the switch body. The switch series has 3 standard actuation forces and is only available in high temperature material in order to stand today´s advanced soldering processes. Furthermore, the switch can be supplied with one or two LEDs integrated on it in order to provide excellent illumination. Night vision (NVIS) LEDs are also available.

Navimec™ is a five position navigational switch solution ideal for data entry devices where joystick function is needed. It has a select switch in the middle and four navigational switches around it. The solution is available as a module as well as single parts for own PCB mounting. Illuminated version is also available. We recommend through-hole version due to increased accuracy during mounting of the switches.
Navimec™ solution is mounted on Multimec™ 5G series.
Ultramec™ is a whole new switch line from MEC. 6C is the first switch in the line. Ultramec™ 6C switch is a low profile switch with crisp sound and feel. It has IP67 sealing, 3 million cycles and pins for accurate mounting with the J-bend terminals. The switch is excellent for under overlay and custom caps as well as when space is limited.
Caps that can be mounted on Ultramec™ 6C: 10G
Ultranavimec™ is a simple and aesthetic navigational switch solution ideal for applications where space is limited, and environment is demanding. It has five positions: a select button in the middle and four navigational positions around it. The solution is compact and designed for optimal functionality with low-profile Ultramec switches giving the solution a distinct sound and fine tactile feel.
Illumination is achieved with chip-LEDs on the PCB.
Ultranavimec™ solution is mounted on Ultramec™ 6C series.
Round and square caps with a flat top and rounded edges in 10 total height and 8 above the recess height possibilities - in total 2400 variations.
Varimec™ cap series is mounted on Multimec™ 3E series.
The Rockermec™ solution consists of two Multimec™ 5E switches, a sealing that also provides functionality and a rocker cap called 10A.
Rockermec™ is a compact solution for your high design-in requirements: it has small dimensions, aesthetic design and it is sealed to IP67.
Illumination is provided with LEDs on the PCB so you can pick the exact colors you want for your application, even RGB. Furthermore, solution is modular and therefore provides design consistency when multiple rockers are required with different need for cap print, color, and switch actuation force.
Multimec™ 3A is for caps with hinges in order to imitate rocker-function switches. Because of this type of caps the travel of the 3A switch is 2 mm. Multimec™ 3A series has an actuator levelled with the switch body.
Caps mounted on Multimec™ 3A: 1A, 1B+2C/2D, 1M, 1ZA and 1ZB
Simplicity and reliability makes the Multimec™ 3C an excellent switch for build-in and over-mould solutions. In addition, the switch is great for overlay as it can still function even if the overlay breaks and an upgrade can be done by changing the overlay and not the PCB, which is very cost-effective.
Multimec™ 3E series switches have a hole in the switch body for mounting caps. This switch series is used for mounting Varimec™ caps. There are 2400 options in the Varimec™ range.
Caps that can be mounted on Multimec™ 3E: Foilmec™ 1Y/1YA and Varimec™
Multimec™ 3F series has an actuator extended out of the switch body and uses slide-on cap retention system. It also has a right angle version with an optional LED.
Caps that can be mounted on Multimec™ 3F: 1D, 1E, 1F, 1GA, 1GC, 1K, 1KB, 1KC, 1N, 1P, 1Q, 1R, 1S, 1T, 1U, 1V, 1WA, 1WD, 1X and 1ZC.
A square rocker-action solution offering full front illumination option with the cap and spot illumination option with the lens in the bezel. Illumination option in the bezel is achieved with an LED on the PCB.
1B cap series with 2C/2D bezel is mounted on Multimec™ 5G series.
Controlmec™ is a round five position integrated PCB switch solution to control a unit, navigate in a display or operate auxiliary equipment. 1ZW is Controlmec™ with panel sealing.
The solution is available as a module as well as single parts for own PCB mounting. Illuminated version is available with a frosted white cap that is painted black and legends are laser etched. We recommend through-hole version due to increased accuracy during mounting of the switches.
Controlmec™ 1ZW solution is mounted on Multimec™ 5 series..
1YAS keycap offers a Ø2.8mm round indicator located in the corner of the keycap for easy status readout. This indicator light will function independently from the completely illuminated background, giving a full illumination of text or symbol printed on the overlay and ensuring a secure operation at night or under difficult visual conditions.
1YAS keycap affords us the ability to display the status of each key, on each individual keycap, and requires less space on the PCB and front panel, thus providing additional possibilities for design engineers.
Foilmec™ is based on Multimec® 5E series, is optimized for use under an overlay and is illuminated with chip-LEDs on the PCB.
